I am Tara and I have been working with Dr. Daiter for nine years now. I do the medical billing, accounts receivable. It is hard to even be going through this. As it is, it is stressful for the patient, so he makes it, much, you know, as relaxed as possible. My name is Cheer. I have worked here for about six months now. I am the newest addition to the group. I am a receptionist. I answer phone calls. I try to call patients who contact Dr. Daiter through his website. I also schedule the surgeries and any type of procedures like the hysterosalpingograms and I try to acquire their authorizations. I also answer the phones and answer whatever patient concerns that they may have in scheduling for their appointments. My name is Noelia. I have been here for about five years and I basically deal with patients, as a part of the reception, and I deal with new patients, getting them in, checking their benefits. I also deal with helping the doctor in the room with the procedures and stuff like that and billing out high-ticket items like surgery and in vitro. This office is small, which is good for the type of the stuff that we do because everybody is going through a lot, stressful and everything, so we do not treat you as a number, you are basically one-on-one with the doctor. You can call up whenever. I actually love working here. The doctor is a great doctor. He treats everybody, he cares for everybody.
